Original Passport : An original Indian passport with at least 6 months of validity
Photograph : A valid recently clicked photograph size of 51mm X 51mm.
Cover Letter : A letter that has all the travel information like personal details, arrival and return dates, and purpose of visit to South Korea.
Income Tax Returns (ITR) : 3 years ITR or Form 16 for income proof and employment evidence.
Bank Statement : Submit your bank statement for the last 6 months.
Employment letter : It is a document that is used to verify the applicant's job or employment status.
If Employed : Submit 3-month salary slips or employment proof.
If Self-Employed : Submit relevant documents like Company Registration, GST Certificate, or a business plan.
If Student : Submit proof of admission to college/university or a valid student ID.
Invitation Letter : This document is issued by the applicant’s friend or family to confirm his visit.
Flight Tickets : A copy of the flight ticket for confirmed arrival and departure for the South Korean visa for Indians.
Hotel Reservation : A copy of your South Korean hotel reservation showing all the details such as hotel address, name, and contact number.
Travel Itinerary : It is a detailed document that has all the information related to your travel.
