Original Passport : An original Indian passport with at least 6 months of validity for Japan visa application.
Photograph : A valid recently clicked photograph size of 51mm x 51mm.
Cover Letter : A letter that has all the travel information like personal details, arrival and return dates, and purpose of visit in Japan.
Proof of Current Address : A valid document that shows your current address such as an Aadhaar card, a driver's license, and a voter ID.
Flight Tickets : A copy of the flight ticket for confirmed arrival and departure for the Japan visa for Indians
Hotel Reservation : A copy of your Japan hotel reservation showing all the details such as hotel address, name, and contact number.
Travel Itinerary : It is a detailed document that has all the information related to your travel.
Income Tax Returns (ITR) : 3 years ITR or Form 16 for income proof and employment evidence.
Bank Statement : Submit your bank statement for the last 6 months for the Japan visa application form.
If Employed : Submit 3-month salary slips or employment proof.
If Self-Employed : submit relevant documents like Company Registration, GST Certificate, or a business plan.
If Student : Submit proof of admission to college/university or a valid student ID.
If Minor : A signed consent form, parental authorization, and child’s birth certificate for Japan visa application for Indians.
