Travel Itinerary : It is a detailed document that has all the information related to your travel.
Flight Tickets : A copy of the flight ticket for confirmed arrival and departure.
Hotel Reservation : A copy of your Brazil hotel reservation showing all the details such as hotel address, name, and contact number.
If Minor : A signed consent form, parental authorization, and child’s birth certificate.
If Married : Proof of Marriage certificate/Marriage Affidavit.
Sponsorship Letter : A letter stating the amount, relationship, and source of funds.
